Description of Procedures

1. Disassembly
All turbochargers received are visually inspected and then disassembled to individual components.

2. Fault Analysis
After disassembling the turbochargers, all parts are thoroughly inspected by professional personnel.

3. Cleaning
Parts are thoroughly cleaned using the manufacturers recommended technics.

4. Condition Evaluation
Parts are dimensionally checked and then are inspected for defects such as cracks and pits. The inspected parts are categorized in:
a)    Acceptable with reliable life for reuse
b)    Unacceptable with capability of rebuilt
c)    Unacceptable

5. Rebuilt
Parts are rebuilt according to manufacturers recommended procedures using the following techniques:
a)    Machining
b)    Welding
c)    Heat treatment
d)    Coating
e)    Metal spraying
f)    Chrome plating

6. Assembly
First, all subsystems like rotor assembly, turbine section and compressor section are assembled and then the whole turbochargers is montaged together.

7. Final Quality Control
Our final QC includes:
a)    Turbochargers free rotation test
b)    Oil pressure test

8. Documentation
From the receipt of each turbocharger all repair and rebuild activities are documented.

9. Warranty
We guarantee our entire repair and rebuild activities.
