Specialised Operation

The operation includes the following items that have been provided for Traction Department of RAI, locomotive rebuilding company, Bafgh Railways, Islamic Republic of Iran Railways, associate companies of Ministry of Petroleum, National Iranian Gas Company.

• crack detection of every parts using Magnetic Particles Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection methods
• Dynamic and static balance of rotors, disks, and rotators
• Specialised washing using chemicals, blasting, and ultrasonic methods
• Dimension evaluation, determining the flatness deviation of a surface plate (flatness testing), and hardness measurement
• Advanced welding by the usage of tig and arc welding power supply
